MEASURES SEASON 2020/21 COVID-19

 

In the coming season, we the Ischgl ski school will make every effort to guarantee our guests ski lessons with the greatest possible degree of safety. The first priority is the health of our guests and our employees.

To allow our ski courses to take place in winter 20/21, some measures will be necessary. These are subject to official requirements and are constantly updated and adapted to the latest requirements together with Silvretta Seilbahn AG.

 

Online booking

Almost all of our offers can be booked online in advance on our website. We ask our guests to take advantage of this offer in order to save themselves unnecessary trips to the office and avoid non-essential contact.

Distance

Skiing and snowboarding are outdoor sports in which the risk of infection is lower than in indoor areas. We try to create as few contact points as possible. In the offices, and at the assembly points, our employees wear mouth and nose protection and are instructed to keep a distance of at least one meter.

Mouth and nose protection / disinfection

We ask our guests to wear mouth and nose protection in the interior of the ski school;likewise at the assembly points. Disinfection facilities are provided in front of the interior areas. We ask you to use them to keep the risk as low as possible. The sales points in our offices are additionally protected with plexiglass.

Group size

In all areas we will aim to keep the number of group members as low as possible. We will try to work with the greatest possible flexibility, especially in the high season. We would like to draw your attention to the possibility of booking group courses online in advance.

Expansion of the assembly points

In order to avoid large gatherings of people, we will increase the size of our assembly points. We want to ensure that there is no overcrowding, especially in the Kinderland. There will be four sectors in the Kinderland. Black groups will meet in sector A, red groups in sector B, blue groups in sector C and green groups (beginners) in sector D. Black and red groups start at 10.00 am with their lessons, blue and green groups at 10.30 am.

Employees

Our employees receive instructions on their responsibilities when interacting with guests. Mouth and nose protection are mandatory at all assembly points. If there is the slightest suspicion of infection, tests are carried out. A negative test is also required before starting work.

In order to be able to react as quickly as possible, we ask all our guests to provide their mobile phone number, accommodation and email address.
